Black Dog Ball

We are proud supporters of the Black Dog Ball, we have sponsored the event 2019, 2021, & 2022 – and last year were Naming Sponsors of the event. $30,000 was raised at last year’s Smyth Financial Black Dog Ball. The beneficiaries End Loneliness Inc and Central Queensland Community Suicide Prevention Network each received $15,000 to fund their mental health programs for 2023.We are excited and grateful to see the difference these fund will make in our local community.
Yeppoon Lions Tropical Pinefest

For the last 3 years Smyth Financial have been Gold Sponsors of the Capricorn Coast’s much loved Pinefest Festival. Last year’s Smyth Financial Progressive Dinner was a hit with all, and in 2021 we were excited to host the Pinefest Launch cocktail party at Vue.
The Fitzroy Basin Hospice

Fitzroy Community Hospice is a not-for-profit charitable organisation committed to the establishment of Central Queensland’s first hospice.
​
We were very happy to be able to be Naming Sponsors of last year’s Fitzroy Community Hospice’s Smyth Financial Charity Golf Day. It was a great day, and was more about getting some awareness & well deserved funds in aid to start work on the hospice.
We are extremely proud to say that as of February 2023 work has started in building the hospice.
